Sending a message rewards a coin each time, limited to once per 30s, just like the message count.
Daily and timely encourage assiduity but not activity, getting coins from talking does !
This change should not be an incentive for spam, so it does not give much, the 30s delay will discourage junk messages as well.
I excluded bot-coins as it is not human-interaction oriented, and already coin awarding.
