v2 - Increased tintramp speed, blink midramp

Added option to increase tintramp speed, defined during compiletime - sorry, no adjustability in the UI for this.
Also blinks mid-tintramp to signify 50:50 mix.

v1 - Alternate tint option in strobe mode

Included build of all tintramp models. Only tested d4sv2-tintramp.hex on a dual channel D4k with the default driver so far.
