Lots of changes to the underlying date/time code in order to get
osxphotos timewarp --resetworking.osxphotos timewarp --resetto reset date/timezone to original values.PhotoInfo.date_original.PhotoInfo.date_modifiednow uses local timezone to be consistent with Photos' behavior.osxphotos timewarp --timezonecan now accept a named timezone instead of just the UTC offset.
