After a Prerelease update from 1.21.7 to 1.21.10-n the Scheduled Task and -RunOnMetered settings gets changed (not to my liking).
The original installation string for 1.21.7 can be seen in the black Notepad window:

got it. In WAU v1, if these settings are not to 1, the key is not created. During update to v2, if the key doesn't exists, it is created with the default value 😖
