DotBandit is an Open-source Administration and Utility Tool for the Windows Operating System. Able to monitor your activity with screenshots, keystrokes, active window-grabbing and more. One-click deploy and can be in operation indefinitely without monitoring. Also customizable through user-input options. Log reports are generated into an HTML file with detailed analysis of user activity.
