grabbed the lines for iiwa7 and fixing the license.txt. (nb you should not have to install to run the demo -- just use bazel run joint_teleop in the manipulation_station directory.
the fixinput ports was only needed because you must not have the most up to date sdf. i added the effort limit = 0 to tell mbp that there are no actuators there.
the graphviz probably doesn't belong in this demo.
