Refactored get_AgERA5_point script to optimize downloading time.
The user now has to define a region in which all the points are located ; the script then downloads the tiles for the region at the desired years (if the files are not already present in the ./data/0_downloads/ folder), performs zip extraction of NetCDF files, and reads the values for the different variables at the different points coordinates. Finally, the scripts performs unit conversion, Penman-Monteith ET0 calculation, and returns one .csv file compatible with SARRA-H input format.
