As reported in SDXorg/pysd#463, XMILE operators should be case insensitive. This adds a test for alternate cases, as opposed to lowercase only.
I've added this as a new test, alongside the existing test. It would probably be equally correct to update the existing test, which I'd be happy to do if that's preferred.
