Changed the way the radiation is calculated. The radiation is now based on the integrity of the reactor as well as its current power output.

First release of the Reactor Radiation Plugin! This plugin causes the nuclear reactors to release radiation based on how much power they're producing. The more power the farther and more damaging the radiation is.

The range scale and damage scale are configurable in the plugin properties.
