Add zh-rCN (Chinese Simplified)

I tried to add Chinese translation. If you are not satisfied with it, please point it out. Thank you.

EnabledType PerAppProxyUpdateType TypedProfile.Type use the valueOf and .name, it works when English is the sole language. But this will cause error when adding other languages translation so i use stringId + getString to solve this issue.
