This is a place to store issues that are NOT planned to be addressed but for whatever reason is not desirable to just close. The first use of this milestone is for 4.x tickets that are not likely to be addressed by 4.3 which is anticipated to be the final release of the 4.x series. However, to the extent that those are still real issues it is appropriate to keep them in case someone in the future wants to go back for whatever reason and see what the known issues are
