Starting to fix issue#4

Start converting trac wiki markup to github markdown markup. There is more to come, see issue #4

This PR adds a script 'tractomd.py" for some automatic markup translation and also completely translates two pages RepyV2Tutorial and RepyV2API to markdown and updates them see Repy V2 issue #108.

• updates file references to GitHub repos
• updates commands and code snippets
• comments out the remote experiment parts, because AFAIK there is no actual V2 clearinghouse to this date. We could reference to the Sensibility clearinghouse though, but this might confuse people new to the project.
• fully comments out timer and race condition experiments that where already partially commented out in trac, probably because the code has not yet been ported to V2.
