This PR allows users to host a game through a local-only hotspot if no internet connection is available.
In addition to that, it migrates the codebase to androidx, cleans up some stuff, introduces lambda methods where applicable and removes unneeded casts.
The distributionSha256Sum in gradle-wrapper.properties was removed due to android studios nagging, but I can add it back if you want it for security.
