This adds an additional link to the logs list to get the
wp-content/debug.logfile and display it.It includes functions for getting the path to
wp-contentwhere the log file is stored, extendsgetLog()to look for the debug log outside of the regularlogsdirectory, and creates the rendering functions for it.Implements #3.
