At the current state, the UI can be built using Node 18.16. However, there is one component broken, which is the result table in federated-search (perspective4). So this PR will marked as draft. You can review it later.
Besides, there are a list of out-dated dependencies which can be updated such react-router-dom, react-redux. I will try and let you know.
