Resident Evil Outbreak File 1 & 2 English Patch v2.0

This can be v2.0 because I don't know how to do version conventions. Anyway, this patch is relatively unchanged from the release from 2015. However, this version reintroduced DNAS checks as it is no longer necessary to skip and includes a toggle for half-width English characters in the virtual keyboard by pressing L2 on the gamepad.

MAKE SURE YOUR ISO's MATCH THE REDUMP SPECS TO AVOID CHECKSUM ERRORS AND TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE BEST POSSIBLE COPY OF THE GAMES!
