Qrcode and Barcode detector --- CBR-2023

An alternative to be consider to implement on CBR drone.

• Python users using Python 3 must install zbar and pyzbar
• installation:
• sudo apt-get update
• sudo apt-get -y install zbar-tools
• two options to install pyzbar:

1. pip install pyzbar
2. Download the file 'python3-pyzbar_0.1.8-3.1_all.deb' from: http://ftp.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu/pool/universe/p/pyzbar/
