This has mostly to do with apache other plugins which now are somewhere else.

Sloeber used libraries (org.apache.XXX) that were previously included by plugins Sloeber used and as such were found and not included in Sloeber.
As some of these libraries have been removed by the plugins sloeber is depending on Sloeber no longer build.
Sloeber now uses the sloeber.target file in the product plugin as target platform (menu->windows->preferences-> (search for target)) which should avoid this problem.
