updated source to fix fontbakery issues

I adjusted the weights to be smoother. And adjusted the axis table. There are 2new Currency symbols: tugrik naira. rupeeIndian is fixed. Problems with CCMP code that were making problems with jstroke and i-cy are fixed. Start points and point types are more consistent in the join shapes. Kerning for f_f, fi, fl, fi.loclEWE, fl.loclEWE, ff.loclEWE, is now links to their component letters. Missing ogonek anchors have been added to fix shaping errors.
