More config editor optimisations

- Remove unnecessary tooltip assignments since they get overwritten anyways - Avoid updating the curve editor twice when reverting a config - Only remove auto-update task on successful service uninstall - Give up on trying to disable revert button when no changes have been made since last config load - Remove (hopefully) unnecessary null checks from some events
