Added bonus colab notebook to test this branch out in browser...setup is a little sketchy due to current install quirks, but it should work. |

This PR will add
pre_encode.py, a script to pre-encode and cache latents/tokens from a pre-trained autoencoder, along with documentation on how to use it.pre_encode.pydocs/pre_encoding.mddescribing how to use the script
