This release finally squashes a boatload of dumb mistakes that rendered the extension useless in many scenarioes... sorry it should work as expected now.

• Updated the location of the release notes to: https://github.com/SteveHartzog/team-essentials/wiki/Release-Notes.
• Wizard's were a little finicky before. Both the New User / Activation & the Configuration ensures they work as expected.
• Fixed a bug in Apply Team Extensions that prevented installations. Whoops.

Bonus:

• Change Windows Shell now works both in and out of a workspace... and whether Team Essentials is configured or not.
• Replaced the HUGE gifs with ugly black bars with smaller, clearer gifs that show all of my keystrokes.
