[Feature Request] Update Tracker read when I first go to a manga detail page

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

Note: This request depends on issue 699
When I first open the page detail, I want to update my trackers.

• It should only update when i change between mangas, if I go to another page like the chapter page, and go back to the same chapter detail, it should not update the tracker as well.

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

• Be able to keep tracker updated without having to make many click.
• Allow to update chapter as read before triggering auto download
