As asked by Bowen, I have added detailed explanations on how to run/modify the code to take in different CSV files in the manual_run/README.md. I also made a slight code modification so that the number of students being evaluated is automatically detected and no longer needs to be inputted in the variables.py file. Aside from this, everything is exactly the same as the original PR that was already merged into main.
