This feature used to exist before the mech refactor, but got taken out for unknown reasons.
This PR makes any mech able to move diagonally.
With the linked bug fixed, diagonal movement speed will have the same slowdown as humans have, keeping it as a balanced QoL feature.
I've decided that in it's current state, it's better to close this PR since i don't have a good bearing on what mech diagonal movement should TRULY be. I may come back to this in the future but the bug report will stay up due to the fact that it affects every vehicle, not just mechs.
