Demyo "Okko" (version 3.0.0, beta 2)

This is the second beta for the preview release of Demyo v3.0.

Main changes since beta 1:

• Improved the thumbnail reactivity by returning the original image if it's close enough to the requested size.
• Started improving reliability of the thumbnail generation on resource-constrained devices (e.g. Raspberry Pi).
• Improved layout on mobile devices to use more screen space for the content and less for the interface.
• Fixed some links (e.g. from the publisher index to the collections) that would fail when the application is deployed under a non-standard context root
• Fixed access to the management pages
• Fixed text overflowing the screen in author works and tag view.
• Fixed the alignment of the pagination buttons for albums under a series in the index.
