Demyo "Okko" (version 3.0.0, beta 4)

This is the fourth beta for the preview release of Demyo v3.0.

Main changes since beta 3:

• Fixed some cases where temporary images could be left behind, taking up disk space.
• Fixed flashing "Home" page title when navigating.
• Fixed currencies when using a language variant.
• Fixed adding derivatives to albums without artists.
• Fixed adding the first album to a series using "Add an album to this series".
• The menu is now reset when navigating.
• Mobile browsers should no longer offer suggestions in the quick search.
• Miscellaneous behind-the-scenes code improvements.
