adjusted steps/mm to match properly for the drivers and steppers used.
added the ability to use a laser with Heater 1 and Fan0 (Needs physical testing. waiting on actual laser module to arrive probably Feb due to Chinese New Year)

Tested on a LR2 build with Dual Endstops. (E0 is Y2 endstop, E1 is Z2 endstop) wired NO and C
TMC2209 drivers (no need to remove DIAG pins)
Steps/mm may be off and may need adjusting.
(Probably some other changes I forgot)

(LR2_Dual_BTT_1.4_TMC2209_NO.bin) Load onto a micro SD card and insert into the slot on the SKR 1.4 Turbo mSD slot and reboot. IIRC

Use the V1Engineering TFT 3.5 firmware included if you are also using that.(BIGTREE_TFT35_V3.0.26.x.bin, config.ini, TFT35.zip unzipped to the root of the SD) Insert into the TFT SD slot and reboot.
