Add biome colours

It would be nice to have the colour change depending on the biome

Feature

Every biome should have its own background colour. It should use the colour of the grass/foliage of the biome where it makes sense otherwise there should be an option in the config or hard-coded value for the biome or group of biomes. There should be a config option to enable/disable this.
