Simply unpack .zip archive wherever you want to install this app and launch .exe file.
(Or build it yourself if you`re on Linux)
Enter link to wanted Steam Workshop item and press "Download" (you may also select where you'd like to place downloaded item), then when loading finishes go to folder mentioned in info panel.
First workshop item download may take a while and it may stuck on 99% since it configures steamCMD, just wait a few minutes.
