1.3.0 Time info fix and some logic changes

Sadly some of the features got lost since EVE doesn't log everything anymore. Namely, the precise Station location cannot be read anymore and you will appear as docked until you jump into another system.

I will have to find a new way to get this info since the logs arent as good anymore.

I also fixed the "Started at" time, since it didn't work 100% of the time.

Whats new

• A Preview of the Presence in the Application Window
• Support to show at what Station you are docked
• A Button to get to the Github Page of the Project
• The Tooltip text of the large Image in the Presence changed. Its shows the name of the program and a bit.ly link to get it
• Little Bug fixes, like usual

Timezones didn't work right (IDK how I didn't see this)
