HorseExtension v1.0.2

This release reinstates field missions for standard crops disabled in the FelsEdit map. It also removes the AddBalesToWrapper.lua script and supporting XML from the modDesc.xml additions. This functionality is handled by MaizePlus globally, and the script is not part of the FarmingAgency work, so including it in modded maps is likely to cause problems down the line for release permissions. Also removed FillTypeMover.lua that was specific to Charwell map.
