To install Libtorrent, simply copy the file libtorrent.pyd from the repository to the site-packages directory of your Python installation. By default, it could be here: C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages
To install LevelDB, you just copy the file leveldb.pyd from the repository to the site-packages directory of your Python installation.
