These are two related database tables

* allele_byline_exp_ACTG - stores genotype experiments in format used by TASSEL
* allele_byline_expidx - index used with above tables

These tables contain all the genotype data organized for fast retrieval by experiment. The table is

updated by cron/update-allele-byline-exp.php
