MedBook Xena Importer

A grab bag of scripts for bringing MedBook expression data into Xena.

Build the Xena docker image with ./build.sh
Run the Xena docker image with ./run_xena.sh
Import a directory of data with ./import.sh DATA_FILE (put DATA_FILE in /home/ubuntu/xena_data)
