Welcome to the MRI-VQ-mapping wiki!

MRI-VQ-mapping can be used to produce quantitative parametric maps of lung perfusion.

The workflow entails the following components, each with its own interactive section within 'Analysis':

  1. Data pickling (MATLAB R2017b)
  2. Last-usable frame choice (MATLAB R2015a)
  3. Co-registration (MATLAB R2017b)
  4. Mapping (MATLAB R2015a)
  5. Segmentation and Quantitation (MATLAB R2020a and R2015a, respectively)
  6. Create Overlays (MATLAB R2017b)
  7. Histograms (MATLAB R2017b)

The 'Computational Cardiac Imaging Lab' section details the function, Input, and Output of each stage. This is intended for use by the Computational Cardiac Imaging Lab.
