Welcome to the MRI-VQ-mapping wiki!
MRI-VQ-mapping can be used to produce quantitative parametric maps of lung perfusion.
The workflow entails the following components, each with its own interactive section within 'Analysis':
- Data pickling (MATLAB R2017b)
- Last-usable frame choice (MATLAB R2015a)
- Co-registration (MATLAB R2017b)
- Mapping (MATLAB R2015a)
- Segmentation and Quantitation (MATLAB R2020a and R2015a, respectively)
- Create Overlays (MATLAB R2017b)
- Histograms (MATLAB R2017b)
The 'Computational Cardiac Imaging Lab' section details the function, Input, and Output of each stage. This is intended for use by the Computational Cardiac Imaging Lab.
