Desktop manager

Typing bmds-desktop --create-shortcut creates a desktop manager batch or bash script that someone can use to without ever opening the terminal again.

It looks like this:

2) Update BMDS Desktop
2p) Update BMDS Desktop (prerelease - EPA VPN required)
3) Show diagnostic information

The pre-release is only show if you're currently on a pre-release version.
