Add Dymola to Windows Path

For some applications (e.g. Python scripting, BuildingsPy), Dymola needs to be added to the Windows Path. The screenshot below shows all required steps (in German Windows 10). After installation, you should be able to run the commands where dymola to show the path to the executable as well as just dymola to run the executable (i.e. start up a Dymola window).
