Dataset

The dataset that will be used for this project is a kaggle dataset

Simulate streamming data using the data provided in the CSV file
Perfom Machine Learning on the streams
Use Kafka to send Fraudelent Transactions and Unfraudelent Transactions to different notification channels for my case these will be slack channels
