Updated vATIS profiles too work with the new version
Added automatic profile updating

The token is already available in the repo (and will be present on push to main) but the Git email and name will need changing.

This might be a better way of doing it.
I had orignaly written it to edit the branch before push to main, to avoid this issue. If I can find some time I'll re write the yaml to do it this way round.
