TransparentEmbed

Added --begin and --end options, allowing you to embed within a specific range within the image. (This allows multiple embeddings, optionally with different keys, in the same image.)

TransparentExtract

Fixed issue where --verbose was enabled even if not specified.
Added --begin option, allowing you to start reading partway into the image.
Added --list option, which allows a file containing a newline-separated list of image files to be used as input file.
