Bumps pdfjs to 4.8.69 and some (unrelated) dependencies
Commits are separate so would recommend squash
There seemed to be a weird scaling issue so hence the new
.pdfViewer .canvasWrapper canvasrule, I didn't see any unintended effects of that.Closes #1148
