ReleaseSafe and ReleaseFast no longer crash the compiler

The output looks better now even though I didn't change anything - I'm guessing some underlying bugs in the progress implementation were fixed. |

The runner isn't quite right yet - if you run with
zig build test -Dskip-record-tests=truethe output isn't correct.
