This PR is for deprecating the
page_sizeparameter for Google Ads API.This is a follow-up PR for apache#43515.
The
page_sizeparameter is deprecated forv17and later versions.Currently Google Ads API supports the version
v16andv16.1. However support for these versions will end at the end of February. Hence we need to deprecate this parameter first and remove it after February.^ Add meaningful description above
