Creating the following files from the devops build

Windows executable (.exe)
Mac app download (.dmg)

TanyaStere42

actions/upload-artifact@v3 is scheduled for deprecation in a month. Update to a newer version of that action.
Otherwise, this is great! Just needs to include the build instructions in the README :D
