I really like how you created this setup. It has been a life and time saver, when I started with E:D.
But now that I have more experience, I also want to have my custom modifications to it, and is a bit hard to try configs, put them under version control, etc, manually.

So I created this little tool, that allows me to modify the files with the profile editor or the E:D control settings, and having that easily added to the repo (collect). or vice versa (deploy), when I make a fuck up.

If you guys find this interesting, I can make it more to your liking, What I intend to do with this PR is to show my interest and offer my skills. So please share your opinion, good or bad.

Hey mate, sorry for lack of response. Been away from this project for a while, but looking to get back into it and update it more.
