yarn run
ngrok http 3000
-
update the
kHost
variable to use your host -
(ios) do signing things
figure this out on your own, i'm so sorry.
- run on device
flutter devices
flutter run --release -d <device_id>
You can run the server side bits with node index.js
or use the dockerfile built with yarn build
.
To run on a physical device, make sure your backend is available and change the localhost:3000
reference to your endpoint.
This uses a backend service because:
- in the future we want the heavy lifting to be done on a personal server to help background location updates
- for the hackathon we built clay, a personal server, and it was designed to run on clay.
- you could make a client-only version pretty easily imo.
