This application is used for peer document review. Documents are either flagged as require amendments or verified as complete. In addition, ratings and comments can be added for each document. Certified documents are then minted on the blockchain and are available to the public as NFTs. This application motivated creators as they receive rewards for each access to their certified, minted documents. Also, make it easier for researchers to find reliable data rapidly. This might help create a good pool of resources for the new Web 3.0
