I moved the link from the "Admin" submenu to a separate navbar link (superusers will likely want it to be as accessible as possible). @aaron-effron if you could confirm that the link only appears when you're viewing as a |

This has been partially implemented in #2; I'm moving the remaining code over there and we'll just merge them all in together since it's purely cosmetic. |
