Small QoL changes.

-- Changed the VitaCheat Instructions from a textbox to a Rich Text Box, to allow Wiki links to be added.
-- Added those Wiki links for each code type.
-- Changed size and position of Instructions and code generator. I WAS leaving extra space for planned features, but I haven't added them. I'll change it if I add them.
-- Changed minimum Compression level to 0 instead of 1 for Pointer+Compress. Vitacheat allows it, so the code generator should, too.
